3 letters of referrals and written in english (Click here for models ) :

A letter from your bank stipulating the date of the opening of your account (the banks like to read a minimum period of time of 2 years) and saying it has never encountered any problems (account in good standing).

A letter from your employer specifying your seniority (they still like to read "2 years") along with your salary amount.

A letter from either a creditor or supplier with whom a credit is in progress saying the payments have always been made on time.

Copy of your passport.

Copy of your I94 visa (the green or white coupon the officials handed you when you've arrived at the U.S. Border).

Appraisal of the property : $350.

File fee : $350.

Registration fee : $60.

Banking fee : $750 (according to the banks).

Title Insurance : about 1.5% of the purchase price.

Hazard and flood Insurance (for the villas solely).

Florida State Docs Stamp taxes : (x 0.0055) from the amount of the loan.
